We had Serrano's for lunch during the week. The lunch specials are reasonable and the portions are appropriate. I would recommend that Serrano's add a little more flavor to the salad (cucumber, onion, carrot, etc), but the creamy avocado sauce was good and unique.

Good food, quick service, big portions, decent prices.

The waitress was new, she made a couple of mistakes on our appetizer then on our food order. We looked past it because she was nice but our food was not good at all. My boyfriend's chicken was very dry he said it tasted like old chicken not freshly grilled. My flautas were horrible the tortillas were stale not crunchy like one would expect. Very disappointed we did not finish even half of our food we asked for the check paid and left.

It's been years since I visited Serrano's. But I can tell you this, the beef enchalada's were the bomb. That's what I order at every restaurant I go too. The carne guisada sauce topping the enchaladas I'd what I've been looking for for years on end. Just the way my grandmother would make. NOW IM HUNGRY. IM GOING THERE NOW

Bartender was great a customer service. The other employees were extremely rude and have no customer service. They act like they are to good to help you, and they think they are so special that you should go into the kitchen and cook and serve yourself. Have never ever walked into a restaurant and met a more previldeged staff ever! Will not come back to this restaurant ever, and do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on terrible customer service. Even when you walk into the restaurant, they do not even greet you with a “hello”. If this was my restaurant, half of these people would be looking for a new job right now.

Fresh hot food everytime I go. Service is prompt and attentive. We recently moved to the area and it is our go to . Great atmosphere even with a toddler and newborn :)

The food is really good, always fresh and served piping hot, with huge portions. The service always friendly, though the main dining area is a curious mix of a family restaurant feel, sports bar, and teeny bopper music. Best bet — sit at the bar, which has a more intimate feel and cool decor.

We had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! There were about 65 of us, so this was no small group. Brandon, the catering manager, made the whole process easy! The waitstaff and bartenders were terrific and the food was wonderful! Thank you!! You guys rock!

took my wife out for dinner had a great time by ourselves without the kids. The restaurant was nice and clean and his staff was awesome thank you for the nice evening.

Great Mexican food! My husband is from Mexico and for him to approve a place is because this was worth it! Now we find ourselves ordering Serranos every week 😂

Wow!!! The food here has been majorly upgraded since the last time I came here a few years ago! The food was amazing! The watermelon margarita on the rocks was so good!! And the cute server Chris was an awesome server. He was so amazing I got what I needed before I knew I even needed it!!! Will definitely be coming back because of the service as well as the food and drinks!

Good Service. Sangria Swirl margaritas are pretty darn good. I had the Al Pastor street tacos with the street corn if you like your food spicy try them the green sauce they add is a bit to spicy for me but had a great flavor and very tender. The street corn was perfect!

I went there to pick up and the woman was so rude! Half an hour waiting and suddenly she told me I must wait outside, under the sun because of distancing? Nut I was the only one! I am, I was a client too! Masks are turning people into monsters? Lack of oxygen is doing it’s job...

Tbis place is awesome! The food is amazing, the service us a little hit or miss. The cauliflower tacos are RIDICULOUS!

Shrimp Tejanos were fantastic. Service was great. Casual atmosphere. A great place to sit down and enjoy some chips and salsa.

Food is good, has pretty remained consistant since I started going there years ago. But service is hit or miss. Good family place or good for drinks.

Salsa was mildly spicy but didn't really taste like much of anything. I got the mix plate of enchiladas, they were alright but nothing particularly special. Service was good and the place was in good condition and clean.

Went here with my wife, we’ve been to the cedar park location before and we were very excited to come again hoping this location would be just as good. We were not disappointed, the food and service were prompt. Had amazing wait staff and the dinning area was clean and welcoming. Our experience was everything you could want, and the staff had made obvious accommodations to make things as safe as possible with today’s situation. Highly recommend.

I was in the Austin area and a good friend directed me here for dinner one evening. Wow! Food was great, but the Mexican street corn was unbelievable. I look forward to going again soon.

Randomly picked this place out of the many texmex restaurants in the area. What a great gem to find!!! We had an excellent date night. Fajitas were delicious. Our server Chris was funny, engaging, and quick to serve us. We will be back!

Have been to this location a few times with mediocre service. However, this past visit...David was our bartender/server and he did an amazing job doing both. Our drinks were amazing and his service overall superb. He maintained a positive energy and it radiated.

I can’t quite find tex-mex food like back home (San Antonio) which has bigger portions and is better tasting at half the cost. But for being in Austin a couple of weeks and trying several locations it wasn’t BAD. To my SA folks I would compare it to Alamo Cafe back home. Would give 3 1/2 stars but it won’t let me.

SRRVICE WAS GREAT. The food was not what i expected. I ordered a shrimp taco and it came with really small shrimp and it was very expensive.

The waitress didn't get our order correct. This was corrected quickly. Food was average as we're serving size. Decent place to grab a meal when you are shopping, nothing to brag about.

Horrible customer service. I called the place an order at 7:30 and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Then when I tried to call back no one would answer. I would give them a negative stars for wasting my time.**UPDATE**I Do not want a gift card. I have tried the restaurant a few times. It is not very consistent on the food, and the bar to go is a complete price gouge. I spent $52 on their Margarita kit. The photo on the website shows of 750 ml bottle of tequila. Which is overpriced as a 750ml bottle of the same tequila at the liquor store is $25. However when you get your items picked up you will find it it's a 375ml bottle so you're actually paying four times the price. And the amount sweet and sour and Strawberry mix are definitely not worth the additional money. Overall the food isn't bad some of the time. Other times it so so. Was not bad. The price on Bar to go is a complete rip off.

Serranos is my family’s favorite place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and accomplishments. Their margaritas are so good and I love their al pastor tacos. We’ve missed it so much and we can’t wait to come back and dine in when it’s safe. In the mean time, we’ll stick with curbside ordering.

Food and service was amazing! Put 4 stars for the Strawberry Daiquiri, could of been stronger was a litte watered down.

Awesome wait staff! Even worked with us as a last minute gathering that went from 20 ppl to 40 ppl within a matter of minutes. The wait staff was patient and gracious enough to take accurate orders and even allowed separate checks for all the parties. It was outrageously superb service!

I work nearby and have consistently been satisfied with the service and the food. Go for the salsa, stay for the Fajita!

Great food and service. Madeline was awesome. Fajita tacos, chips and salsa, and queso, were perfect. Nice atmosphere. I’m from deep south Texas near Mexico and this is the kind of food I’m used to. I can’t believe they have sopapillas! ❤️

Our friend Mike used to work there, so we weren't surprised by how good it is. What we are surprised about is how much BETTER it is than the other TexMex places around. Get the queso and get the beef fajitas, you will not be disappointed. I keep saying I'm going to reach out and build a franchise because the people of the North would die for good Tex Mex! Thank you! Love it!

It's more TexMex, than Mexican. The beef in the crispy taco was too greasy. Less grease and more flavor would be nice. The enchilada was delicious.

We had a great dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful. I especially like that they use chicken thighs in the tacos. It's my favorite.

Went there for my friend Merjildo Peña surprise birthday party and it was good the Enchiladas were good, we had been there for breakfast one and wasn't impressed but now considering going back for dinner.
